There is controversy in Australia at the moment over Japanese Whaling. The Japanese say they kill whales for 'scientific research' when actually they are eating them. This is a different kind of whale, and I'm not sure if the people here are even Japanese, but I like to think this is a tactic the whales might like to employ with humans who get too close.
